What I offer, explained.

Whether you need to move, release, or simply be heard, these therapies bring movement, bodywork, and coaching together to help you find your path back to balance.

Yoga

This is movement that meets you where you actually are — not where you think you should be. It’s a chance to soften, breathe, and let the body speak for itself instead of just carrying the weight of everything. Classes build sustainable habits you can return to again and again — helping you move through transitions, ease anxiety, and come back into connection with yourself. Whether you’re new to the mat or deepening an existing practice, expect space to slow down and reconnect with how your body actually feels.

Animal Flow

This ground-based, dynamic practice builds strength, mobility and coordination through movement that’s playful as much as it’s demanding — a way to burn off what’s been building up, physically and mentally, and come back into your body through effort rather than analysis. It’s as much about releasing energy as it is about building it, and a powerful complement to a yoga practice or any training routine.

Bodywork

Release what the body’s been holding onto.

Four hands-on treatments, chosen for what your body actually needs on the day — not a fixed routine.

Classic Massage

Sometimes the body just needs permission to stop. This full-body massage releases the tension that quietly builds up from stress, sitting, or simply not switching off — easing tight shoulders, a stiff back, and the general holding pattern of carrying too much for too long. It’s a chance to properly rest, not just physically but in the way your whole system settles when it finally gets the space to.

Ancient Head Massage

For the headaches and migraines that keep coming back, and the tension in the neck and shoulders that feeds them. This treatment uses firmer, elbow-led pressure to work through what’s built up in the upper body — reaching the kind of tension that’s settled in deep enough that it needs more than a light touch to shift.

Spinal Nerve Treatment

For when you’re foggy, wired, or backed up — brain fog, poor sleep, digestive discomfort, or a body that just won’t settle. This treatment works along the spine to ease pressure on the nervous system and create more space, physically and internally. It’s often sought out for postural tension and general organ health, but at its core it’s about giving an overworked nervous system the chance to properly settle.

Bowen Therapy

For pain that’s overstayed its welcome, or a body that’s still holding onto an old injury. Bowen works with the fascia — the connective tissue running through everything — using gentle, precise moves to help the body realign and rebalance itself. It’s particularly effective for chronic pain, recovering from injury, and giving the body the space it needs to properly heal, working with the nervous system rather than forcing anything.

Coaching

Move through it, don’t just talk around it.

A space to listen inward, using the body’s own signals as the guide rather than talking things through alone.

Embodied Coaching

One-to-one sessions held online, working with your felt sense — the body’s own signals — as a guide through whatever you’re navigating. This is a space to listen inward, not just talk things through. You might be drawn to this if you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from your body, or ready to work through something at a deeper level than conversation alone allows.

Functional Breath Work

For when stress has taken up residence in your body and won’t leave — running on empty, sleeping badly, or feeling like you’re always half-braced for the next thing. This work retrains how you breathe day to day, using it as a direct route to the nervous system rather than something to think your way through. Over time it lowers stress, eases fatigue, improves sleep, and builds physical endurance — proof that one of the simplest tools available is often the most overlooked.
Not sure which to start with? That’s normal — most people aren’t. Send a message describing what’s going on and I’ll suggest where to begin.
